Claimant-appellant, Jeffrey L. Watson, seeks review of the trial court’s judgment, affirming the Louisiana Board of Review’s determination that he was properly disqualified for unemployment compensation benefits. A review of the record shows that the facts found by the Administrative Law Judge and the Board are supported by competent evidence and these facts, as a matter of law, justify the Board’s decision. La. R.S. 23:1601(1)(a) and La. R.S. 23:1634B. As such, the trial court properly affirmed the Board’s action. Watson is assessed with the costs of this appeal.
