In re Eldred Wesley, applying for writs of mandamus. Parish of Orleans. No. 258-184.

[1] Granted in part and denied in part. The writ is granted as to the mandamus, and a hearing is ordered on the motion for release or probation pursuant to C.Cr.P. 655 et seq.; defense counsel, defendant, and state are to be notified at least 10 days before the date of hearing, and the defendant is to be afforded the right of compulsory process for witness and evidence. Otherwise, the writ is denied.
