[1] Writ denied: The trial court ruling is correct.

[2] SUMMERS, J., agrees that the writ should be denied.

However, I do not reach the merits of the ruling of the trial judge. Applicants have not reserved a bill of exceptions and the merits of the ruling cannot be considered. La. Code Crim.Proc. Arts. 841845.
