[1] Writ granted in part. It is ordered that the probable-cause hearing be reopened to permit defense counsel to recall and cross-examine Deputy Sheriff Abadie. In all other respects, the application is denied.

[2] SUMMERS, J., dissents from the granting of this writ. The finding that these defendants and eight others were in possession of $10,000,000. worth of marijuana overwhelmingly established probable cause to charge them.
