Conducting of the July 9th hearing stayed by the court of appeal is now moot. The district court is free to consider anew the granting of a temporary restraining order and the setting of a hearing on the preliminary injunction. Defendant’s exceptions, if any are filed, should be considered at or prior to the hearing on the preliminary injunction.

[3] HALL, J., would grant the order in part and order the district court to hold a hearing on the preliminary injunction within 10 days. LSA C.C.P. arts. 3602, 3606.
