On the showing made in these contempt proceedings, Justice of the Peace J. A. “Bob” Wilkes, is disqualified from performing any judicial functions (without loss of salary) pending final action on this application. The matter is remanded to the Judiciary Commission for taking evidence, finding facts and making further recommendations to this court arising out of the alleged violation of this court’s previous disciplinary order.
